Pediatric Occupational Therapy Services
Trellis Occupational Therapy provides individualized pediatric occupational therapy services designed to support children and families in the routines and environments that matter most.
Services are mobile and community-based, meaning therapy can take place in homes, schools, daycares, parks, libraries, playgrounds, or other appropriate community settings.

Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Evaluations

An occupational therapy evaluation helps identify your child’s strengths, challenges, sensory needs, motor skills, participation in daily routines, and areas where additional support may be helpful.
Trellis OT evaluations are intentionally thorough. The goal is to provide families with a clear understanding of what may be affecting participation and what supports may help.
Evaluations may include:
-
-
- Parent or caregiver interview
- Review of developmental and medical history
- Clinical observations
- Standardized or structured assessment tools, when appropriate
- Observation of functional skills
- Discussion of family priorities and goals
- A detailed written evaluation report
- Recommendations for therapy, home strategies, and next steps
-
About Outside Evaluations
If your child has received an occupational therapy evaluation from another provider within the past 12 months, Trellis OT may be able to review that evaluation and begin treatment without completing a new full evaluation. This can be discussed during the intake process.
